Kevin’s Reflections: What does it mean to “act in righteousness” and “love [our] brother”? The word ‘brother’ minus the ‘br’ spells ‘other.’ We are called to love others. How much do we have to love others? The answer is as He loves us. That is much easier said than done, but gaining eternal life and finding favor with God is well worth losing our pride and striving to love. Had Jesus not come to earth and died for our sins out of love, we would not have the model of Perfect Love. While it may be difficult in this life to forgive and love, our Savior has taught us the Way!
