(By Royce Hood) - Medical Experts Need Faith, Miracle Baby Defied All Odds
Time and time again I read or hear stories of dire circumstances where the preborn child is sick or has “zero chance” of living. Almost always the Doctors strongly recommend to the mother that her only option is to abort. What about faith?
LifeSiteNews.com is reporting a beautiful story of faith, love and life! It is the story of baby Joey.
Nearly five years ago Kristin Page woke up suddenly to the realization that something was wrong. She was soaking wet, nearly 13 weeks pregnant. She whispered to her sleeping husband, “my water must have broken”.
The On the phone her doctor told her that no child so young would survive without amniotic fluid.
An ultrasound showed that the baby’s heart was still beating. The doctors instructed her to wait for the baby to pass.
Long story short, multiple experts told Kristin and her husband that abortion was the only answer. They informed her that she faced medical risks to continue the pregnancy and that the baby had a zero chance of surviving without the amniotic fluid.
Kristin and her husband decided to let God decide the fate of their baby.
Weeks went by and Kristin and her husband discovered the pro-life Tepeyac Family Center in Fairfax, Virginia. They received the encouragement and strength from professionals who respected their decision have faith in God.
I would encourage you to read the details and the full lifesitenews.com story.
Joseph Charles Page was born on October 2, 2006, he was eight weeks premature.
Today Joey is now five years old and recently started pre-kindergarten. His mother says “we look at Joseph everyday and thank God we chose to keep him!”
I wonder how many more miracle stories there are? Or even more profound, how many more miracle stories there could have been or could be?

I read this wonderful story and at the end the question was I wonder how many more miracle stories there are?
Well I have one too. God blessed my son and daughter in-law with baby Emerson who was born by emergency c-section February 20th, 2013 at 3:40 am at Mt Sinai hospital(Toronto,Ontario, Canada)at 34 weeks gestation, weighing 5 lbs 8oz. He surprised doctors with his condition, since he was originally given zero chance of survival when it was found that there was no amniotic fluid for baby at 14 weeks gestation due to severe preterm premature rupture of membranes with no way to keep fluid “in there”.
All body parts were intact and looked good. Limbs will require physiotherapy and orthopaedic help after being compressed so long without fluid, to allow movement. (this may require months to years of treatment, but should be correctable.)We continue to pray to our loving Heavenly Father for his gift.
