The 40 Film is a documentary film produced by Pro Life Champions and Spirit Juice Studios that will take on the heated issue of abortion in our nation that refuses to go away 40 years after Roe v. Wade. The film will present the argument that abortion is not merely a religious or political issue but the most important fundamental human and civil rights issue of our times.

A new state law in Texas that went into effect this New Year now requires the state to fully fund women’s health clinics — with the exception of those that are affiliated with abortion providers. With this new law, Texas is no longer eligible for federal funding for women’s health. Planned Parenthood and other such establishments in the state are no longer be able to receive federal funding. Planned Parenthood isn’t going to let this just happen – they’re now seeking a temporary injunction to allow it take part.
