(FrOrsiTV) – Father Michael Orsi, Chaplain at Ave Maria School of Law, interviews Abby Johnson at the March For Life in Washington D.C..    Abby Johnson was a director with Planned Parenthood when she witnessed an ultrasound guided abortion.     She watched in horror as the baby fought while being ripped apart in its mothers womb.     Now, Abby Johnson is one the most prominent voices against abortion and she works daily to defend the Sanctity of Human Life.

Ave Maria School of Law was in Washington D.C. for the March For Life along with 50 students.    The Law School also sponsored the first ever Law of Life Summit the Saturday before the March at the National Press Club.

(AMSL, Naples FL ) Faculty, staff and students came together on Monday, September 12 for a 9/11 memorial mass at Ave Maria School of law in Naples, Florida.

Father Orsi, the spiritual director at Ave Law gave the homily and asked parishioners to reflect on the events and on their own lives. He said, “we’re not made for this world, we live as if we are. We’re made to be with God”.

(Naples, FL, MariaNews.com) On August 15, 2011 the new academic year began for students at Ave Maria School of Law (AMSL). Over 180 new students began their studies and over 300 students returned from their summer break.

August 15 was also a special day for the Church as it was the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Mary. Father Michael Orsi, the Chaplin at AMSL welcomed the new year with a beautiful Mass and Homily dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Fr. Orsi shared a story about a picture that his mother owned.  The picture was of the Blessed Pope John Paul II being held by the Virgin Mary after he was shot.   “And Never Forget, with Mary on your side you will never fail” “Just as she held the Great John Paul in her arms, she too will always hold you.”
