Morally good and constitutionally right as it is to argue for the protection of our religious liberty in light of the current threat of a mandate, we cannot hope to achieve victory if we continue to provide fertilizer in the enemy camp. Plainly stated, it is a contradiction that we fight for religious liberty in our healthcare system while at the same time the majority of Catholic physicians in our pews willingly sustain the culture of death by penning countless prescriptions for contraceptives and scheduling quick and easy sterilizations.

A federal judge in Nebraska has thrown out a lawsuit brought by seven states against Obama’s contraception mandate. US District Court Judge Warren K. Urbom tossed the suit saying they could not show any harm from the edict and that they had no standing to sue.

No previous president ever promoted a giveaway more peculiar than Barack Obama’s mandate that all health care plans must offer free sterilizations to all women – but not all men – capable of breeding. This mandate is Obama’s defining act as president – just as his adamant opposition to a bill that would have defined a born baby as a “person” was his defining act as an Illinois state senator.

In a poll of 699 U.S. doctors, 83 percent of physicians say they have considered leaving their practices over President Barack Obama’s health care reform law. The survey, conducted y the Doctor Patient Medical Association found that the majority have thought about bailing out of their careers over the legislation, which was upheld last month by the Supreme Court.

House lawmakers voted Wednesday to repeal the federal health care overhaul — the latest in a long line of anti-ObamaCare votes, but the first since the Supreme Court upheld the law and defined one of its key provisions as a “tax.”

The House of Representatives will try again to repeal the PPACA (ObamaCare) on Wednesday, July 11th. This will mark the 31st time to repeal the law in its entirety that the House of Representatives has attempted to repeal this disastrous health care law.

China’s One Child Policy demands our outrage! We call upon the Obama Administration to take a strong and public position decrying this horrid abuse of human rights. Of course, it is increasingly hard to take the moral high ground when the same Obama Administration continues its own governmental policy of defending the killing of children in the womb, at any time and for any reason, in our own country – calling it a “reproductive right” and seeking to fund it under the Affordable Care Act.

It became official yesterday. As the US Supreme Court upheld the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, a.k.a. Obamacare, the Catholic church now faces its greatest, most fundamental threat in modern American history. And although many Catholics continue to support President Obama, it is probably because they do not understand the implications of the ruling and Obama’s battle royale with the Catholic church.
