In an age being enslaved by the Dictatorship of Relativism, the Catholic College affirms the existence of truth and insists that there is a constitutive connection between truth, freedom, education and the ability to form an authentically human and just culture.
On this Christmas 2011, let us then turn to the Child of Bethlehem, to the Son of the Virgin Mary, and say: “Come to save us!” Let us repeat these words in spiritual union with the many people who experience particularly difficult situations; let us speak out for those who have no voice.
God gifts us all a talent and a mission. We need to custody charity in out every action, loving friends and enemies.
Mindful of the 70th anniversary of Pius XII’s institution of the Pontifical Work for Priestly Vocations, the Holy Father focused his reflection on the priesthood,
“The solemnity of All Saints is a favourable opportunity to lift our gaze from earthly realities, marked by time, to the dimension of God, the dimension of eternity and holiness...
