Planned Parenthood puts up dukes to new Texas law

A new state law in Texas that went into effect this New Year now requires the state to fully fund women’s health clinics — with the exception of those that are affiliated with abortion providers. With this new law, Texas is no longer eligible for federal funding for women’s health. Planned Parenthood and other such establishments in the state are no longer be able to receive federal funding. Planned Parenthood isn’t going to let this just happen – they’re now seeking a temporary injunction to allow it take part.
